The Kimber Hills Preschool Difference
Kimber Hills Preschool is dedicated to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through our superb academic programs, expert instruction, and nurturing guidance.
Kimber Hills Preschool uses the Core Knowledge Preschool Sequence curriculum that centers on what your child has already learned, and builds on their experiences from there. This curriculum allows us to focus on developing the whole child and provides your child with the necessary skills to succeed in Kindergarten and beyond.
Kimber Hills Preschool programs use focused virtues to help children grow socially and emotionally. We choose one character trait per month, like self-control, patience, honesty, or contentment. We discuss the virtue during Bible Time with a corresponding Bible story in your child’s classroom throughout the day.
Kimber Hills Preschool has a state-of-the art campus designed to help children thrive. Our environment nurtures them developmentally, educationally, and emotionally. We have a newly renovated lobby with one entrance allowing us to monitor who is on campus at all times. We have a large playground with a variety of engaging play structures and meadows for your child to explore and enjoy.
Kimber Hills Preschool is pleased that all of our teachers are experts in the field of early childhood education. All teachers take part in continuing education, and participate in professional development on a yearly basis. Each instructor has college units with a focus on early child education, and experience working with preschool children. Teachers are trained in quality programming, and taught how to implement the Core Knowledge Curriculum, and how to make sure each child is reaching their full potential. Our teachers are hired for their passion for kids, their experience, and their love of Jesus Christ.
Kimber Hills Preschool sees our children’s families as their first teachers. Communication is key and we want to assure parents that their children are receiving the very best care. We enjoy open lines of communication with families through email, a monthly newsletter, and a Parents Web (a secure portal) that provides photos, videos and announcements.
